1) Certificate Course in English (Long Term)

August 2008 batch has started on 16th !!!
Next certificate Course in October 2008 !!

Term : 6 months
This six-month Certificate Course is offered to international students three times in a year :
1) August - February - Starting 16th August.
2) October - March - Starting 3rd October.
3) January - June - Starting 2nd January.

Eligibility
Students who have passed Standard X examination or Diploma of any course.

Admission Procedure
(i)  Admission is granted on first-come-first-served basis.
(ii) On the basis of their performance in the Diagnostic Test and counselling by a faculty advisor,      students are assigned to any of the following levels:
     (a) Pre-Basic
     (b) Basic
     (c) Intermediate
     (d) Advanced

Teaching inputs
Listening
Speaking
Reading
Writing
Functional Grammar

Teaching Methodology
A variety of teaching methods ranging from lectures, audio-visual sessions, computer lab sessions, games, discussions, audio-recording of presentations, mock interviews, role- plays, individual and group discussions are employed. Students with special needs receive personal attention from the faculty.

This is an autonomous course. Certificate will be awarded by ELTIS to successful candidates.
