ELTIS provides corporate training in Business Communication, Spoken English, Soft Skills, Presentation Skills and Personality Development It is provided on and off campus and the modules are customised as per requirement. The modules are of 40 to 60 hours duration. For maximum outcome of the exercise, batch strength of 25 is advisable.

1. From Simple Present to Future Perfect
English Training for Beginners

Target Audience
• A course for beginners, who were educated mostly in regional language medium.
• Those who are not able to express themselves comfortably in English.
• Those who fall short of words ( and then, Confidence) while communicating in English.
Program Objectives
To provide the knowledge and skills required to describe the diverse aspects of communication and to reinforce one's communication skills in order to effectively interact with others.
Duration : 60 Hrs (30 Sessions of 2 hours each)
No of Trainees : 20/22 per batch
Venue : As per your convenience
Methods : Presentations, Role Plays, Games, Exercises, Listening Activities.
2. English For Engineers
Course Code No. ELTIS / MDP / 16 / 08-09
Target Audience
• Engineers with 1 to 5 years working experience
• A course for intermediate level trainees, who are able to speak English but falter
after four to five sentences
• Those who are not able to express themselves comfortably in English
• Those looking to strengthen their communication and collaboration skills and work
confidently with others.
Program Objectives
• Achieve results in your communications with others.
• Communicate effectively using simple, concise and direct language.
• Enhance your active listening skills to anticipate and avoid common misunderstandings.
• Eliminate the roadblocks that undermine your ability to communicate effectively.
Duration : 54 Hrs (27 sessions of 2 hours each)
No of Trainees : 20/22 per batch

SIFIL the foreign languages wing of ELTIS extends corporate training in foreign languages like French, German, Japanese and Portuguese. We also undertake training programs in Functional Hindi and Marathi. We provide customised modules on these languages along with programs on intercultural sensitivity.
