A : Speakfast Program

A.1 Speakfast Pre-basic : Introductory Conversational Units, Basic Grammar (Parts of Speech, Tenses, Prepositions), Vocabulary Exercises, Listening Sessions, Reading Comprehension and Assignments and Presentations. (Limited use of Marathi and Hindi, where essential, as per need.)

A.2 Speakfast Basic : Basic Word & Sentence Order and Construction, Tenses, Nouns, Pronouns, Adjectives, Language Games, Group Discussion, Audio Recording Assignments, Vocabulary Development, Situational Speaking.

A.3 Speakfast Intermediate :
Grammar ( Present and Past Perfect Tenses, Direct-Indirect Speech, Active-passive), Crosswords, Idioms and Phrases, Homonyms & Homophones, Debates and Discussions, Conversational Units.

A.4 Speakfast Advanced  :

C.1 Personality Development :
(for students and working professionals)
Emotional Intelligence, Attitude, Team Building, Stress Management, Planning and Time management, Case studies, Anger Management, Meetings, GD+PI and Resume writing, Presentation skills, public speaking and creative thinking.

C.2 GD – PI :
A competent course plan that includes model group discussions, tips and techniques for group discussion and personal interviews, mock interviews, writing resume, job application. The course is ideal for those in placement process.

C.3 M-power :
A course carefully designed to help working professionals master the art and craft of effective power-point presentation and possess effective presentation skills. It specially concentrates on content formation and structural organization of a power-point presentation.

C.4 IELTS :
Specialized training, preparation and practice in all four-language skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.

C.5 English PLUS :
A specially designed course for Ladies, including Professionals and Homemakers. The course includes training in Spoken English, Confidence Building, Grooming, General Etiquette, Telephone Etiquette, Table Manners, Body Language, Dress Sense, Fashion and make-up tips and Stress management.

C.6 Spread Your Wings :

Rules and Regulations : (Applicable to all ELTIS Courses)

lFree Counselling & Computer Based Test (CBT) are necessary before admission to any course. Fees are non- refundable. Transfers to any other course later on, will not be entertained.

l The award of certificate will be subject to :
a) Minimum 85 % attendance.
    (Coming late by more than 15 minutes will be considered as absence.)
b) Performance in the assignments.
C) Student participation and progress.
d) Teachers' recommendation.
e) Grades and recommendation by external examiner.

l Students may avail of the library facility between 10 am to 1 pm and 3 to 6 pm.
   (Saturdays: 10 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm)
   Books will not be issued for home-reading.
   Internet facility is available at the Library.

l Students should strictly switch off their cell phones or put them on silent mode in the     classrooms.

l All Symbiosis Campuses are "Non Smoking Zones".

l Parking on this campus is regulated centrally from the head office of Symbiosis Society for all    campuses. Students are requested to ask the parking attendant for a pass for the duration of    the course. This pass will be available at a nominal cost.

l Violation of the rules or impolite/rude behaviour with staff members will result in cancellation of    admission

l Admissions are granted on first come first served basis.
