Q.1. How much are the fees for Diploma course?
Ans: Fees for Diploma course are Indian Rupees (INR) 83000/-, to be paid in equivalent US$ or Euros or Pounds.

Q.2. How much is the fees for Certificate Courses?
Ans :  a. Long-term (6 ½ months) INR 56500/-
b. Short-term (4 ½ months) INR 37500/-

Q.3. How much in US$?
Ans: It will depend upon day to day US$ / £ / € rate. At the exchange rate as on April 30, 2011, it will be around US$ 1925 for Diploma. For Certificate Course (Long-term) it will be US$1300. For Certificate Course (Short-term) it will be US$ 875. You may refer to the website www.xe.com for current rates.

Q.4 Which rate does ELTIS take for conversion?
Ans. The rate of INR to US$ / Euros / Stg. pounds as on the date of payment will be applicable. ELTIS accepts the standard bank rate. Axis Bank Ltd. is our bank. It follows the regulations of the Reserve Bank of India.    

Q.5 Do the Fees include Insurance?
Ans. Yes.

* International Students of ELTIS get accident and health insurance benefit.
* Accident insurance starts from day one. Insurance company does not pay accident claim if you do    not have valid papers.
* Health insurance starts after a month. It does not cover old illnesses.
* Insurance policy comes with its rules and regulations. An insurance claim requires at least 45    working days for settlement.
* You must to carry an international driving licence and valid papers of your vehicle.

Q.7. If someone wants to transfer advance fees by swift transfer, for getting Provisional Admission Letter, how much should he transfer?
Ans : As advance fees, the student should send amounts as follows :

* We accept £ (Stg. pound) or € (Euro) equal to Indian Rupees, if dollar payment is difficult.
On making this advance payment, ELTIS will issue the Admission Letter.

Q.8. Where should a student pay the balance course fees? At ELTIS office or Bank?
Ans.: At Axis Bank Senapati Bapat Road branch which is at a walking distance of  5 minutes from ELTIS.

Q.9. How should a student make the balance fees payment? 
Ans: On arrival at Pune, follow these steps :

9.1 Student reports to ELTIS office.
9.2 Student fills in challan (pay-in slip) at ELTIS office
9.3 Student deposits challan (pay-in slip) into Axis Bank.
9.4 Bank calculates & accepts US$ equal to Indian Rupees payable (balance fees) & stamps on 4         parts of challans (pay-in slip).
9.5 Bank mentions converted amount on institute and student copies of the challan (pay-in slip).
9.6 After the bank stamps & returns two parts of the challan, the student should submit the        institute part of the challan to ELTIS office.
9.7 After receiving challan (pay-in slip) copy, ELTIS will issue joining report.

Q.10. Is there a pick-up facility from airport?
Yes. Students can be picked up at Mumbai International airport on request, through a paid service at the cost of US$ 110.Top
